Sick Gainz for Disaster Relief (FMG) UPDATED 5/13

Here's the sequence (so far) of Donna Chun's mighty transformation, just so y'all can have everything nice and compiled. It will be updated as the charity growth drive updates, so bear with me here.

 EDIT: I've added the growth drive information here, too, so that it's visible in more places. Please consider donating if you want to see her grow more; she'll get one more stage after Stage 4 if at least $350 is donated.
 IMPORTANT: To donate, send me a note with how much you wish to contribute and in what areas. I will send you a PayPal.me link for your donation. Your growth contribution will not be processed until the donation is received.

So here's how things are going to work:

 80% of raised funds will be going to disaster relief split amongst Puerto Rico (Maria), Florida (Irma), and Texas (Harvey).
 Each donation period will end on the Friday of every week the drive is active.
 There will be 4 stages of growth, totaling 5 stages total including Stage 0; this means the drive will run for four weeks.
 If the donation amount posted on the Google Sheets document is greater than $350, the growth drive will go on for another week and a sixth stage will be drawn. THIS GOAL HAS BEEN MET! Stage 5 will be created.
 NEW 11/16: Since we're incredibly close to hitting the $350 goal, I am announcing the next goal. If the donation amount posted on the Google Sheets document is greater than $450, then I will "fix" the growth sequence by adding some in between stages so that the changes move more fluidly between each other. THIS GOAL HAS ALSO BEEN MET!
 I will let you know if my uploads are delayed (because of traveling, papers, performances, etc.).
 You must be at least 18 to donate. I'm sure you kiddies' mothers wouldn't be happy with your money going to make some fictional lady grow big and sexy or whatever.

Growth Types

 Height: Height of the character. Measured in feet/inches.
     $1 = 1 inch
     $5 = 6 inches
     $8 = 1 foot (12 inches)
 Mass: Muscle mass + total weight of the character. Measured in pounds.
     $1 = 2 pounds
     $5 = 10 pounds
     $8 = 30 pounds
 Bust: Size of the character's breasts, if applicable. Measured in cup sizes.
     This one is slightly different; you can choose to donate $2 to contribute to boosting the character's bust size.
      Bust size is only increased if certain thresholds are achieved:
         $10: A  B
         $20: B  C
         $40: C  D
     Cup size past D requires a flat $30 more each. (Don't worry! Each person needs only donate $2.)
 NEW: Hair Length: Length of character's hair. Unlocked after Stage 2 is complete.
     $1 = 2 inches
     $5 = 1 foot (12 inches)
     $8 = 2 feet (24 inches)
  NEW: Mood 2.0: As an absolutely free bonus, contributors are able to vote to determine the character's mood.
     This determines the character's expression and pose.
     State in which direction you want to move the meter. This will move the arrow in the direction of the mood selected.
     Except for $1 donations, for every $2 you donate, you get to move the moods of your choice by one point. People who donate $1 can still change her mood by one point. See the image for options.
         For instance, a person who donates $20 may move the mood meters 10 points, regardless of the number of each donation.
     You must have donated at least $1 to any of the above categories.
